Megaverse Ball: An Epic Night brings fans, cosplayers and adventurers together for a post-event celebration where fandoms collide and the atmosphere shifts into something truly magical. Come dressed up or in cosplay and enjoy activities, photo spots, and special performances!
PLUS professional photo ops with Troy & Tegan will be available to purchase for added memories of the night!

Check-in Information
To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, check-in will be available at two locations – If you’re joining us in the daytime at MegaCon Live, we recommend making use of our on-site check-in to streamline your time with us in the evening!
Check-in will be available at MegaCon Live: 1pm – 5:00pm (at the main entrance ticket area)
Additional check-in will open at the lower entrance to the Platinum Suites from 6:30pm
If you are attending MegaCon Live during the day, or at excel early, we strongly recommend collecting your evening ticket there to save time later! Our ticket hall is separate to the main event hall, so you can still collect earlier if you’re only able to join us for the ball
Photo Ops
Photo ops will be available during the evening, however please note that photo ops purchased online are for MegaCon Live and must be collected & used during the daytime event.
• If you have photo ops booked as part of MegaCon Live, these must be taken during the daytime event – Our team will be on hand to assist with any querries at our help desk related to this.
• Evening photo ops will be available to purchase on the night using card or cash
Food, Drink & ID
Drink and snacks will be available to purchase the night, but please note London excel will not have food available to purchase in the evening – for the best experience we recommend eating before arrival
If purchasing alcohol from the venue bars before entering the hall, valid ID will be required. There will be ID checks thoughout the night and wristbands in place, with strict enforcement on drinking rules.
